Digital Package ($19)

For our digital package, we offer:

  • Full refund within 24 hours of purchase if no prompts have been used
  • No refunds after prompts have been used or downloaded
  • Support for technical issues with prompt implementation

Physical Action Figures

For custom action figures, our refund policy is as follows:

  • Full refund available before production begins (within 24 hours of design approval)
  • 50% refund if cancelled during production (before shipping)
  • No refunds after shipping has commenced

Quality Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of our products:

  • If your figure arrives damaged, we will replace it free of charge
  • If the figure doesn't match the approved design, we will offer a replacement or full refund
  • Manufacturing defects are covered for 30 days after delivery

How to Request a Refund

  2. Explain the reason for your refund request
  3. Include photos if the issue is quality-related
  4. We will respond within 1-2 business days

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Bank processing time may take an additional 5-10 business days

Exceptions

Please note that we cannot offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Changes requested after design approval
  • Customs fees or import duties
  • Shipping costs for returns due to incorrect address
  • Digital products that have been downloaded or used
